CERTIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
Certification proceedings consist of three stages:
1. PREPARATION
· Application for certification and submission of documents (Quality Manual,…)
· Acceptance of the application
· Document review
· Possible pre-inspection
2. CERTIFICATION
· Planning of the audit inspection
· Implementation of the audit inspection
· Drawing up of the audit report
· Implementation of any corrective actions by the enterprise
· Review by the Technical Commission
· Release of the certificate
3. MAINTENANCE AND RENEWAL
· Yearly surveillance inspections, and a more detailed renewal inspection on the expiry of the third year after certification.
