Should you not be entirely satisfied with us, you may wish to lodge a complaint or file a report by filling in the form below.

As part of the continuous improvement of its services, Certiquality has adopted a customer complaint management system that involves the collection of all reports submitted by mail (reclami@certiquality.it), fax (+39 0286465295) or by the form below. In addition to responding to individual complaints, we carry out a periodic analysis of all recorded adverse events, assessing their causes and testing the effectiveness of the solutions adopted.
