As part of the continuous improvement of its services, Certiquality has adopted a customer complaint management system that involves the collection of all reports submitted by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), fax (+39 0286465295) or by the form below. In addition to responding to individual complaints, we carry out a periodic analysis of all recorded adverse events, assessing their causes and testing the effectiveness of the solutions adopted.
